Today I am soo sooo Happy, my diet & exercising effort payoff! Look at my weight finally dropping from 1 month ago (71.5kg to 68.5kg).

Breakfast
Thaubah made me fruity yogurt for breakfast :) and my boss gave me Banana cake. Both are healthy food so It shouldn't affect my healthy breakfast diet.

Mid-Snack

Apple is the fruits to keep myself full becoz *yucks*  and some people asked me why am I removing the apple's skin... becoz... I kept this apple in the fridge for quite a while LOL not sure the skin is still edible.
Lunch

I had my homemade noodle for lunch but was later tempted by these freshly fried fish ball *yummy*

I planned to have Salad Chicken for lunch but the chicken breast I cook was sooo horrible tasting that I felt so full to even eat the salad.



But I went out with my Colleague wanting to order fish soup instead and add the vegetable from the salad into the soup but we went to Teban where there is only fish-head soup is not appealing to attract my taste bud and I ended up buying a bread.

OH yes! I weight myself this morning, though I gonna be disappointed with my weight because I ate all I wanted for the past 2 days but surprising my weight went down to 69.5kg. A small tiny winy improvement :)

This is my 1/2 Bowl of Brown Red rice fried with some vegetable for Lunch at 11.30am. At around 12.30pm I went for lunch with my colleague and ate Chee Cheong Fan.

Exercise


Toilets in the office has been relocated due to some renovation going on :(...The journey to the toilet is quite long...taking the stair instead of the lift helps to burn a little calories then walk this long long  passage.. I almost pee out LOL.

In the evening I had my Whey Protein Shake but was quite hungry and had a cup cake..

Clothes
 

The clothes i ordered from Qoo10 had arrived and I was so excited to open them! Ultra thin Cardigan, too small for me... Hot pink skirt too small... a blue top fits yet I look a little fat... Hmm.. it's a hint to lose more!

Plans For Tomorrow


I am planning to have Salad for lunch tomorrow. You know how Pathetic my ShengSiong is having only the last Chicken Breast. And YES I am eating Chicken breast, I hate it but I am learning to eat it!

Slowing coping with my diet and craving...and I am still working hard.

A Pot Calling a kettle Black

Annoying stupid news on "UNCLE DECIDES TO QUIT HIS JOB AFTER MISS UNIVERSE SINGAPORE FINALISTS MOCKS HIM IN TRAIN" sharing in facebook and on FM100.3 with everyone retarded comment.

Comments such as "should take her off the title", "How is this kind of standard a finalist.." "bitch..." She mock the uncle and everyone mock her... isn't this hilarious! people who make nasty comment about her makes no different from her... she, like anyone else is merely speaking her mind but the difference is senseless stupid post vs justice... in conclusion "A pot calling a kettle black".

It's a small minor issue, people see this issue so BIG and blow it even bigger... just because the girl who made the comment is Miss Singapore Finalist.. if she is not, things would be simplified, remove the post and apologize. People may not agree with me and ask what if it's your father, I would say the same remove the post and apologize. People do make mistakes, am I right? As long as the person learn her mistake, we should be generous to forgive and forget. Others may ask what if that person is you? I would say So what? Some idiots ever posted my make over pic in the forum and commented "is she chio". My first reaction was WTF? did someone just sabotage me? my frenz told me to ignore theses kids.. people mock at me for being fat...It hurts but Life still goes on. I told myself people are just jealous of me :) the day when I slim, people will envy me *dream on*

I believe she has learn her lesson..









Friends make Fitness more Fun?


This weeks homework for LTW7 - find frenz or group to jog / do some activities together. Jogging with frenz may be a good way to be motivated - jogging with Thaubah, her stamina improved so fast that I could barely catch up with her... Love running with her as we will be gossiping and luffing about our colleagues while jogging. 

There are some pple I never like doing activities or to jog with... Some irritating assholes whom is god damn fake. They are not motivator, but some bitch who loves to somehow demoralized you in an "encouraging way". They sounds so god damn real being concern about you yet seems so sarcastic... Activities they can't do, they gave excuses that they have old injury and their age, but when you can't do it due to your old injury, they think you are bullshit. They are the cause to your mental breakdown, is either you fight the devil or lost the battle.

Seriously m I mentally sick?

Dear Bitch, 

Because of the mental torture you gave me, I will fight with you till you drop dead. I will show you I can make it one day and till that day kindly save your fake congrats because I will not appreciate it.

Hero To Zero @ West coast park


What can you see from this picture? Dogs owner meet and chat? Greetings from jogger and Dog owner?

This picture actually shows a man shouting at the ang mo to lease his dog at west coast park. Initially the Ang mo did not get his message, simply smile and signal a good sign and walk off but this man keep shouting " leash your dog, leash your dog." His tone seems to be wanting to pick up a fight so i took a pic from a far. The Ang mo supposedly got the man's message and leash his dog.

This man came to me and ask if I took a pic in an angry tone. I was Stun and simply stared at him and my mine just went blank. I remembered he started of with " you know the rules of..." The first through came to my mind is" the rules of taking picutures? He think he very handsome?" He continued his sentence... "leashing the dog in the park." I explained to him my intention of taking the picture (is to protect him) as he engage an argument with dog owner, the dog may defend the owner by attacking and his reply was " that's my problem" and he stubbornly keep explaining about the rules of leashing the dog at public places, protecting the people in park for being attacked. I have no idea what the hell he is talking out, it's not about me taking his pic but about his action. This argument is going round and endless as both of us are talking about a total different thing. I ignored him and wanted to move yet he went on and on that I raised my voice and he scolded me for shouting at him..I tell him I UNDERSTAND, I KNOW I KNOW blah blah blah! (can't exactly remember what I said to him). Luckily at that time, there were quite a number of joggers passed by and slow down to watch "how I was bullied for taking a pic of him" and jog off by saying " when u get bitten by dog then you know.." 

Asking someone to leash his dog wasn't wrong but he could go to the Ang mo and tell him nicely and not shout like a crazy man.. At least that ang mo is kind enough not to bash him up else my picture really have to go to the police station..

Demoralized




After 5 Days of hard work in Diet planning and exercising,  my weight did not drop a single bit. Haiz...getting so demoralized seeing other LTW pple losing at least 2KG.

I have to re-plan my diet and increase my activity for next week. My diet plan for the week only survive till evening...at night i was so hungry that I starting to have cravings and munching stuff.

April there will be a mid-point assessment, I am targeting to drop 71.2 Kg to 60Kg.
2 weeks to go...10kg...Startes today!!!

LTW7 Central - Physical Exercise #4 & #6


We had 2 kick boxing session 12 & 19 March 2014.

I enjoyed the kick boxing session and had lots of fun. The warm up is like aerobic, a bit of hopping then came the serious kick boxing move where we kick , punch, upper cut and block. I perspire a lot today, and leg sore ~>.<~

When I reach home, I felt that I didn't have enough abs training and randomly pick up an abs exercise, did 2 reps of 10 before bed.
No 5 is quite hard, when i tried to push my hips upwards, i felt the abs tighten and strain but that's a good one!

We had a Farewell lunch at Science Park 1, Khansama for a colleague whose last day is today. I ate sooo full that I can barely walk but it's ok. I will be having Kick boxing session today at HPB to burn all this food away.

After work, I was showing my colleague what Lose to win gave: 2 shirts, bag, tower, water bottle, resistance bands and keychain measuring tape. And i took the measuring tape to measure my waist and guess what? I lose 3cm from 92cm - 89 cm. Strange that I am losing inches and not weight...but at least I am seeing result *give a pat to myself*

I met my BF after my physical Activity at West coast Mcdonalds and he mention that my boobs bigger LOL could it be the Nano collagen? Oh man I want Cup C! *giggle*

LTW7 - Central Physical Activity #3


Today's Physical Activity is to teach us how to use a resistance band. The workout is mainly training our arms...and there may be some band snipping tragic.


Belz little Diet Plan with a bit of cheat

I am getting serious with my weight lose program. I know that targeting to lose 3 Kg a week is not realist but I will give it a shot! I did a little cheating by following GM Diet with some modification. It might be an unhealthy diet plan but i will make changes along the way.

My Target is to lose 20kg in 3 months.

Last week i did make a slight progress losing from 71.2kg to 70.5kg. Coping with temptation and craving is the most torturous thing... And I am still trying. It's not that I am hungry, the more I go on diet the most strange craving popping up in my head.

Day 1 Diet plan wasn't that successful. I managed to keep up with my most important meal Breakfast and Lunch. For Mid-snack I need to reduce to 1 fruit, just trying to be greedy ~>.<~ Afternoon Snack, I am still stuck with that horrible tasting Apple (sour). Evening I was in the rush to go HPB, till the physical Activity ended, my fruits are still in my bag. When i reach home, I couldn't take it anymore, I want to eat something!!! Anything!!! I made the Mix Grain Porridge that i bought on Sunday. OMG the taste is *yucks* at least I had my stomach filled.

Nutrition Workshop @ SMU



We are the Cauliflower team!!!
This workshop is a general basic knowledge on how much intake we need in order to lose weight. The most ridiculous things facts is to lose 1KG of body fat, you need to have an energy lose of 7,000 kcal and it takes 7-14 days to burn 1 KG of body fats. So it would take a century for me to burn 20kg go fats ~>.<~

There were also talks about alternatives of food such as replacing rice with whole meal grain and remember to half your intake. Everyday u take 1 bowl of rice, now try taking half bowl. Lunch muz include fruits and vegetable, 2 serving each a day...fish twice a week. Especially exercise, first 20 mins of the exercise is to burn sugar, after that then fats start burning so it's best to exercise 45mins to an hour but first timer should take it easy.. Start with a 15-20 mins exercise first. Most importantly plain water!!! And drink before every meal....

We also had some activities to play. I was so surprise that 2 rolls of popiah is less than 200 cal means we can eat it everyday! Others include yogurt with fruits, popcorn salted, pandan cake, thosai...

My team mate is so cute.. She stated take 5 mins to eat a Mcflurry and need  1 hr 5 min slow jog to burn it.

LTW7 - Central Physical Activity #2





Today's activity was quite tough but easy which can be done at home.

First Half session:

Squats



Squat exercises are great for a total lower body workout.They effectively work most of the major muscle groups of the butt, hips and thighs. Adding weights (dumbbells) to squat routine engages the muscles of the upper body, giving a full body workout in one exercise. Repeat the exercise for a total of 2 to 3 sets of 10 - 20 reps, beginner should start low.

Burpees


Burpee is the ultimate full body exercise. Just one simple movement tests both your strength and aerobic capacities. With each repetition, you'll work your chest, arms, front deltoids, thighs, hamstrings and abs. Because they are such an intense workout, the burpee is one of the best exercises to burn fat. 

*It makes me nauseous and light headed LOL

Reverse Lunges

To perform a Reverse Lunges, stand with your feet slightly apart, place your arms at your hips, back straight and abdomen tight.Take a step back with your right leg, lower your body toward the floor until your front knee reaches 90 degrees and your back knee nears the floor. Press through your left heel to return to the standing position and repeat the exercise with your left leg.

Reverse Lunges is a simple exercise which work on Quadriceps, Glutes, Hamstrings, Calves and Abdomina muscles.

Jumping Jack
  • Assume an erect position, with feet together and arms at your side.
  • Slightly bend your knees, and propel yourself a few inches into the air.
  • While in air, bring your legs out to the side about shoulder width or slightly wider.
  • As you are moving your legs outward, you should raise your arms up over your head; arms should be slightly bent throughout the entire in-air movement.
  • Your feet should land shoulder width or wider as your hands meet above your head with arms slightly bent

After all these exercises, my legs are wobbling but had lots of fun n sweat.. And the cute trainer Nicolas *^.^* *motivated to lose 2kg this week* 

All the exercises are quite easy, I can do it at home  every night before I sleep :)


After the workout I was hungry :( noodles or rice is the question .. Meat ball soup is the better choice? I dabao home n added more vegetable to fill my big tummy
