After 5 Days of hard work in Diet planning and exercising, my weight did not drop a single bit. Haiz...getting so demoralized seeing other LTW pple losing at least 2KG.
I have to re-plan my diet and increase my activity for next week. My diet plan for the week only survive till evening...at night i was so hungry that I starting to have cravings and munching stuff.
April there will be a mid-point assessment, I am targeting to drop 71.2 Kg to 60Kg.
2 weeks to go...10kg...Startes today!!!
