Diet Review: 31 Mar - 6 Apr 2014

Diet Plan didn't really go as I have planned. I am still unable to cope with my craving but my intensed exercise managed to managed to maintain my weight from fluctuating.

Utterly disappointed with my diet progress as I have targeted 65 kg but was 68 kg on 7 April 2014.

Target next week 63kg for mid-point assessment on 12 April 2014.
