I came across the Benefits of Banana and was quite surprised because people always tell me that if I wanna lose weight "Please do not eat Banana". Is Banana really that bad? With all these benefits, I think I gonna try taking 1 Banana a day and see what happen...

Company gone into liquidation...

The company I worked in has officially wind up and every of the employee has been terminated. Majority of them were upset as the foreigners have 1 month to find their job before their ass got kicked out of Singapore. Great for some greedy Ang mo who always take advantage of the company, squander the company's money.

Since last Wednesday, there seems to be a war going on among the management seeking for information from us and going for meetings after meetings. We sense something fishy and started clearing our stuff... By Friday if the salary doesn't hit our bank account, all doubts were clear, we lost the battle but will our Management continues to fight the battle or surrender is still uncertain. 

14 April, 2014 Monday our Management surrendered. A meeting was held in the morning 10.30am and announcement were made that company would be winding up. A brief explanation on the benefit we may receive IF there are still money left after liquidation and paying off the priorities. EDB will try to savage our April's salary. 

Finally the contact of a 2 months notice is voided and I am a free man now! Searching for new career opportunity with immediate notice has increased my job search and hopefully I am about to get a job within a month. In the meantime, I will be staying at home to study and get my diet plan to work as schedule.

Because of the company's winding up, I had 2 days of farewell lunch and today may be the third and the last as everything will be finalize and hopefully I do not have to go back to settle shits!

I think due to too much dieting my body couldn't take it anymore... All the craving starts... Because I need to go MacDonalds to study, I can't stop myself from buying from Mac even though I am not hungry, I just wanna eat it! At least I am maintaining at 67.5kg. Most likely my mid pt assessment I am unable to hit 60KG :( but it's ok, I still have 1 and 1/2 month to reduce 17KG. Go! Go! Go!~

So Breakfast is soooo full... Big Breakfast Delux set with Milo :) 
And I didn't eat anything for Lunch becoz I am tooo full.... but actually had a cup of green tea after my breakfast to at least burn off some oil haha

Snacks

No Lunch, craving hop in! I got myself a small tiny slice of chocolate cake...at least I am chewing something even though I am still damn full.. and tried to finish my yesterday's left over rock melon and apple. Sadly they are partially spoiled and I throw 80% away >.< *waste*

Dinner
I cant keep the Tao kwa another day, it may spoil >.< so no choice got to eat it...Even though I am still very very full...

Evening I went for a jog with my colleagues and ended my destination at West coast park Macdonalds to study. I can't resist the temptation to buy something..Mc wing? Burger? I bought Tangy Fillet O fish meal...the fries *yucks* not freshly fried...ended my craving.. LOL So overate today...

Due to the Physical Activity #10, even with supper last night my weight reduced. The power of exercise! Like the formula (my explanation LOL can't exactly remember the actual explanation):

- Intake of food with no exercise = Increase

1 - 1 = 0
-Intake of Food Plus Exercise, it knock off

1 - 2 = -1
-Intake of Food Plus Excessive Exercise, it burns all your shit!

The night before I prepared the soup for my noodle :)
The soup consist of Chicken Stock, Onion, Cabbage, Mushroom and Tomato. Just dump everything in and boil.. Simple! When I came to Office, I soak 1/2 of the vegetable bee hoon and microwave the soup with noodle. Tada!

Dinner

As usual my Bread with Tao Kwa :) My colleagues is tempted to eat it..I told them imagine the Tao Kwa is luncheon meat. Yummy!~

Supper

Starting to hate MacDonalds Alarm Surprise ~>.<~ I am redeeming my Free super small Coke, A little bit of Coke won't kill in such hot weather :)


Seems like today's Diet has exceeded my calories count and I was too tired to do exercise :(

So I cook the oat and cover them with Meiji Yogurt and leave them overnight in the fridge then add the fruit the next day when I wanna eat it in the office. Else It looks disguesting...

Diet Review: 31 Mar - 6 Apr 2014

Diet Plan didn't really go as I have planned. I am still unable to cope with my craving but my intensed exercise managed to managed to maintain my weight from fluctuating.

Utterly disappointed with my diet progress as I have targeted 65 kg but was 68 kg on 7 April 2014.

Target next week 63kg for mid-point assessment on 12 April 2014.

Lunch

Feeling guilty about yesterday's Supper, I decided to punish myself by eating lesser for lunch. So what I had was Oat with Yogurt with Banana and Strawberry. And when I went out with my colleague for Lunch, he bought me you tiao -_-" freshly fried one wor!~

Dinner
Tonight I was suppose to jog with my colleagues but I was so lazy and need a break. I was suppose to walk while Thaubah jog slowly with me to West Coast park Macdonalds but ended up Thaubah and CheeKeong escort me LOL 

In Macdonalds, I already pre-plan to eat Salad but looking at the menu tempted me to eat something else.. I ended up eating McChicken with Large Coke.


Lemon, Lime, Cucumber Mint Drink


Ingredients:
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Lime
- 1/2 Cucumber
- Some mint leaves

Why lemon, mint and cucumber? Good question check out the benefits of each ingredient:
  • Lemon: Lemon water makes for a powerful detox drink; lemon juice helps to cleanse and alkalize the body. Add one thinly sliced lemon to a large pitcher, or squeeze fresh lemon juice into your glass. Lemon also aides in digestion and boosts your immune system.
  • Mint: Mint adds a touch of sweetness without the sugar, and it also helps settle your stomach and aids in digestion.
  • Cucumber: Adding a few slices of cucumber to your water makes for excellent rehydration, and cucumber contains anti-inflammatory properties.


I do not know how to prepare this water but thanks to my colleague Thaubah who taught me how to handle those ingredient else I think I will just cut everything and dump into this 1.5L of water.

I drank up everything by 6pm and top up with water and put it in the fridge overnight for tomorrow's drink  (trying not to waste the ingredient).

I am not into jeans and GAP but my colleague mention the price is quite reasonable. Usual price for a GAP jeans is about 100 - 120 bucks but GAP is having a truck sale selling at $69. Shopping in a Truck is a unique and cool experience but under such hot weather *roasted* >.<. My Colleague is in this sauna changing room sweating which trying on the jeans haha Surprisingly different jeans colour and cutting makes a different in how you look, fat or slim.*dumb*

 
 Look at Thaubah, can't resist temptation in such a good sales.


I was given this 20% discount voucher from Thaubah to buy something for my BF LOL ya it's time my BF get his new jeans and stop complaining how tight his current jeans *trying to hint to me he is getting fatter LOL*
